Japan is called a land of immigration, with only 2 million foreigners arrived here in 2 waves, Koreans & Chinese in the coursework of the colonial period in the country, then Asia & Latin the United States from the 1980s.These million immigrants account for only one.6% of the population of Japan, while the United States has 35 million people born abroad (12% of the population) & Eastern Europe West 32 million (10%). The first wave of immigration that arrived in the coursework of the years of Japanese colonial rule in main land china, Korea and Taiwan, the population of these regions was then came to work in Japan, often against their will, in the 1930s & until the defeat of 1945.

The second wave of immigration was the main reason for arrival of foreigners in Japan when small Japanese companies began running out of labor.
In 1990, the government ruled in favoring the arrival of foreign populations of Japanese settled in Latin the United States. The idea of power was to bring together the arrival of labor with the maintenance of the desired “harmony” of a harmonized nation.
